Arguably the most beautiful and untouched coastline of mid-Croatia, the Karin Sea attracts visitors from the far reaches of the world to bathe in it's pure waters and breathe the fresh and untainted air. By the very nature of this outstanding location, most of the properties advertised on our web site benefit from sea-views or beach-front locations and several take in the awesome backdrop of the Velebit mountain range.

   
The Karin Sea is ideally located 30 minutes drive from Zadar City (with ferry links to the rest of the coast and Italy), a mere 20 minutes from Zadar Airport ( Ryanair fly from London's Stansted and Dublin. As well as numerous international flights throughout Europe). A 15 minute drive gets you on to the A1 motorway linking Zagreb in the North (2.5 hrs) to Split and Trogir in the South (2 hrs). Surrounded by 4 National Parks, we really are in the Heart of Croatia.


The Phoenix Croatia website is a free service for owners who wish to sell their property in the area. At the end of the 1990's war the region was declared "state-assisted" by the Goverment and returnee Croatians were invited to rent the empty properties as their own and so began the regeneration, then in 2004 the Government funded an architect-designed community allowing the tenants to build their own houses above the town of Karin. It is this initiative that has allowed us to commence marketing some truly wonderful opportunities throughout this coastline.
